Research Interest:  Researching novel digital communication techniques for improved efficiency targeting 5G/6G NTN and URLLC.

Glenn is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Arizona.  He received his BSEE from Purdue University and MSEE from the University of Iowa.   He has been working in the field of satellite/terrestrial communications for many years and has several patents related to the field.  He is the inventor of the hierarchical system used by SiriusXM as well as a past member of ETSI developing the Satellite Digital Radio standard (ETSI EN 302 550).
